The Company Our client is a community-focused not-for-profit organisation.<br><br>Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.<br><br>It is committed to delivering high-quality specialist services and prides itself on a personal approach, providing care to the standards it would expect for staff and their families.<br><br>The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a People Partner on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks initially.<br><br>This will be tojoin the People and Development team.<br><br>This is a key role working closely with managers to provide expert HR management advice and to support organisational change and workforce productivity initiatives.<br><br>The People Partner works autonomously within the HR Operations team and is integrated into locality network teams.<br><br>You will act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping to drive a positive culture and effective people management across a multi-site environment.<br><br>Responsibilities will include Collaborate and provide HR expertise within a locality on complex HR issues.<br><br>Develop and implement HR policies and make recommendations for new initiatives.<br><br>Coach leaders to reflect and drive the desired culture.<br><br>Manage the HR interface by providing expert advice on employment and staffing issues.<br><br>Ensure a consistent, professional HR service underpinned by sound knowledge.<br><br>Develop management capability by equipping line managers with the necessary skills.<br><br>Produce management information to support effective decision making.<br><br>Support senior managers to facilitate improvement processes.<br><br>Champion change, educating and coaching staff through transitions.<br><br>Promote new ways of working to support modernisation and transformation.<br><br>Act as an advisory panel member for disciplinary and grievance hearings.<br><br>Lead HR projects that support workforce priorities.<br><br>Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion, role modelling organisational values.<br><br>Recognise health and wellbeing needs when planning and delivering tasks.<br><br>The Person The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for HR management and has lots of ER experience You will be confident working autonomously while building strong, collaborative relationships with managers and colleagues.<br><br>They are looking for an experience HR / People Partner who is confident with decision making and able to hit the ground running with a focus on Employee Relations.<br><br>In addition to this they are seeking: Experience in a senior HR role within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.<br><br>Ideally (but not essential) experience in a not for profit organisation.<br><br>Solid and current knowledge of employment legislation and case law.<br><br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br><br>Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.<br><br>The Salary £39,959 -48,117 (£20.49<br>- £24.68 per hour) The Hours Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week but client is able to be flexible The Location Bristol, 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home The Benefits Flexible working arrangements Supportive working environment Strong focus on health and wellbeing, promoting positive changes. xwzovoh <br><br>Clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals.
