This role is ideal for someone with a strong automotive or auto-electrical background who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide 1st line technical support, resolving customer queries or escalating where necessary</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound calls and case workloads in line with SLAs</li><li>Troubleshoot and identify root causes of installation or product-related issues</li><li>Support third-party installers and internal stakeholders with technical queries</li><li>Accurately log all interactions using Salesforce CRM</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams</li><li>Contribute to improving customer experience and reducing complaint volumes</li></ul><p>Experience & Skills Required</p><ul><li>Proven experience in auto electrical, vehicle diagnostics, or a similar technical environment</li><li>Background in a technical support or helpdesk role</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults xwzovoh effectively</li><li>Confident communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting</li></ul><p>What’s on Offer</p><ul><li>Salary up to £42,000</li><li>Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)</li><li>A strong focus on employee wellbeing and continuous development</li><li>Opportunity to join a recognised leader within a growing and innovative sector</li></ul><p>Technical Support Advisor | Permanent | Uxbridge (Hybrid) | Up to £42,000</p>
