Senior Technical Manager / Technical Manager £70,000<br><br>Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.<br>- £85,000 DOE Surrey & South East Reputable Housebuilder/ Residential Developer Immediate Interviews The Role: Exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager (or Technical Manager, depending on experience) with a strong engineering or civils background to lead the technical delivery of high-quality residential developments.<br><br>This role is central to shaping viable, buildable solutions from land acquisition through to site completion<br>- ensuring our projects are technically sound, commercially efficient, and executed to the highest standards of design and compliance.<br><br>As a technical lead, you will coordinate external consultants, manage engineering design approvals, and act as the main interface between the land, commercial, construction, and planning teams.<br><br>Your practical mindset and problem-solving ability will help steer projects through complex ground conditions, drainage challenges, and infrastructure requirements.<br><br>Why Join them?
