The practice offers genuine flexibility, hybrid working, and a strong commitment to training and professional development.<br><br>The Opportunity<br>We are looking to speak with technical design professionals who can:<br>Deliver detailed technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4-5<br>Produce high-quality coordinated drawings and construction information using Revit (essential)<br>Work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and civic projects<br>Support coordination of multidisciplinary design teams<br>Contribute to fully resolved, buildable technical design solutions<br>Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and deliver technical drawing packages using Revit<br>Produce detailed construction information and specifications<br>Coordinate with consultants and internal design teams<br>Support technical problem-solving and design resolution<br>Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards<br>Contribute to design reviews and coordination meetings<br>Essential Skills & Experience<br>Experience as an Architectural Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect<br>Strong experience delivering RIBA Stages 4-5<br>Proficiency in Revit is essential<br>Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing<br>Experience working within an architectural practice or consultancy environment<br>Strong technical coordination and communication skills<br>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary xwzovoh team<br>Desirable<br>Experience across multiple sectors (any sector considered)<br>Exposure to complex or large-scale projects<br>Strong interest in technical detailing and buildability resolution<br>What's on Offer<br>Competitive salary, dependent on experience<br>Hybrid and flexible working arrangements<br>Strong focus on CPD, training, and professional development<br>Employee-owned, supportive studio culture<br>Wide variety of technically challenging projects<br>Excellent work-life balance and wellbeing support<br>How to Apply<br><br>If you are an Architectural Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect with strong Revit experience and a passion for technical delivery, please apply now.
