This long-term role involves assisting teachers during lessons, helping pupils stay focused and confident, and providing additional support where it's needed most.</p><p>You will play an important role in the classroom by supporting learning activities, working with small groups, and offering 1:1 assistance to pupils who benefit from extra guidance.
