<p>Job Description</p><br>If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.<br><p>System Support Engineer</p><p>Leicester</p><p>£35-40k basic doe, c£50k overtime & great benefits</p><ul><li>Do you have experience of system support and fault finding with PLC and SCADA software?</li><li>Are you confident to work on client sites with minimal supervision?</li><li>Interested in working for a true industry leader in their field?</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to work for a specialist automation business, expanding their team on the back of recent contract wins and significant investment.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and ongoing support of automation and control systems, helping to ensure maximum uptime and performance for customers across the UK.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Carry out planned maintenance on control systems and equipment</li><li>Diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs to minimise downtime</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of control systems on site</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation</li><li>Work with suppliers to source parts and manage equipment requirements</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations</li><li>Participate in an on-call rota, including occasional London-based cover</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>Experience in a System Support, Service or Maintenance Engineering role</li><li>Strong fault-finding skills within PLC/SCADA or control systems</li><li>Good understanding of electrical, instrumentation or automation systems</li><li>Comfortable working independently at customer sites</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel</li></ul><p>Benefits include supportive working environment with personal development plans, annual pay reviews, opportunities to progress, enhanced holiday allowance, on-site gym, flexi time around core hours, overtime rates and more!</p><p>Interested? xwzovoh Click to apply!</p>
