Job description
Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Retford on a part time basis.<br><br>Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.<br>As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, youll play a vital role in their life.<br>Although a driver is not essential for this role, it is preferred.<br>What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others.<br>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.<br>A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.<br>Due to the nature of this service we are looking for female only applicants.
