We operate fast-paced, high-volume sites where strong, hands-on leadership on the floor is essential to performance.<br>The Opportunity<br>This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a site within a growing business and play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture. We are looking for floor leaders to drive performance, individuals who take control, lead from the front, and deliver results in real time.<br>The Role<br>We are looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our sites. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role. You will be expected to take control of the shop floor, direct your team in real time, and be accountable for performance every day.<br>You are responsible for:<br>Leading the team during service<br>Driving pace and urgency<br>Controlling staff behaviour<br>Maximising sales during busy periods<br>This is not a passive management role. You will be expected to take control of the operation and deliver results daily.<br>What Were Looking For<br>We are looking for someone who:<br>Naturally takes control in fast-paced environments<br>Is confident directing people and making decisions in real time<br>Is comfortable challenging poor performance immediately<br>Thrives under pressure and increases pace when demand increases<br>Takes full ownership of results, not just effort<br>Is confident managing people<br>Has a performance-driven mindset<br>What You Must Be Able To Demonstrate<br>You must have strong experience in a fast-paced food & beverage or hospitality environment. Coffee experience is advantageous, but the ability to lead from the front on a busy shop floor is essential. xwzovoh <br>Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment<br>Ability to manage people and drive performance in real time<br>Confidence taking control of situations and making decisions<br>Experience working in customer-facing environments where speed and efficiency matter<br>Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on<br>We are looking for leaders, not supervisors.<br>What Youll Be Accountable For<br>Speed and efficiency of service<br>Team performance and behaviour on the floor<br>Sales performance during peak periods<br>Labour control and operational efficiency<br>Maintaining standards at all times<br>What This Role Is Not<br>This is not a passive or office-based management role<br>This is not a hands-off position<br>This is not suitable for individuals who avoid confrontation<br>This is not suitable for those avoiding accountability<br>Pay & Performance<br>Base Salary: £30,000 £38,000 depending on experience<br>Performance Bonus: Up to £10,000 per year<br>How Bonus Works<br>Bonus is based on measurable performance, including:<br>Sales vs targets<br>Labour control<br>Waste management<br>Operational standards<br>Overall site performance<br>Bonuses are:<br>Paid monthly<br>KPI-driven<br>Performance-gated<br>Application Process<br>To apply, please submit a CV and covering letter
