<ul><li><strong>Mon to Fri</strong></li><li><strong>Single site in East Kilbride (parking available on site)</strong></li><li><strong>No call out</strong></li><li><strong>Some overtime available</strong></li><li><strong>38 - 40k salary</strong></li></ul><p><br><br>Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.<br></p><p>Here at ISS, as of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Plumber with experience in Facilities Management to join their client's site in East Kilbride.</p><p><br></p><p>The site is a major Government office facility, totalling 6 floors with over 200 end user staff</p><p>Here, working with two other engineers you will be completing critical maintenance to ensure the building's smooth operation.</p><p><br></p><p>The majority of the work will be plumbing biased, with some general building fabric repairs too.</p><p>There is also the chance to upskill across more general mechanical tasks such as Boilers and other pressure systems.</p><p><br></p><p>There is also a pathway to Lead Engineer within this role.</p><p><br></p><p>Actions will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying issues that need repair or replacement</li><li>Repairing or replacing damaged parts in plumbing systems</li><li>Performing routine maintenance tasks such as checking for leaks and maintaining faucets and fixtures</li><li>Performs scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting of assigned mechanical equipment in accordance with plumbing codes, diagrams, operation manuals and manufacturer's maintenance instructions.</li><li>Observes mechanical systems and fixtures in operation to detect failures or locate causes of malfunctions.</li><li>Inspects used parts and equipment for changes in calibration, dimensional requirements and manufacturer's specifications. xwzovoh Tests and calibrates systems and equipment to ensure proper system</li><li>Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, and Company policies related to building operations and work safety.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We need from you:</p><ul><li>Plumbing qualifications and sound experience within a similar role</li></ul>
