The Role<br><br>Be the Head Chef's right-hand person, helping lead and inspire the kitchen team<br>Deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce<br>Supervise services and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes<br>Maintain top-tier food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards<br>Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and service-ready<br>Step up and run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off<br><br>??
