Our venue is a destination for food lovers, combining refined dining with warm hospitality.<br>The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to lead our talented kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven culinary professional to make their mark in a thriving, high-volume environment where quality and consistency are key.<br>You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations , ensuring the delivery of exceptional dishes while maintaining impeccable standards of food safety, team management, and cost control.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a large kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.<br><br>Create and manage seasonal menus using the best local and high-end produce.<br><br>Oversee ordering, stock control, and GP management to achieve financial targets.<br><br>Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.<br><br>Work closely with senior management to develop the business and enhance the guest experience.<br><br>Drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.<br><br>Recruit, train, and retain talented chefs, fostering a positive and professional culture.<br><br>About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, high-end fresh food environment.<br><br>Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.<br><br>Passionate about seasonal, locally sourced produce and delivering exceptional quality.<br><br>Calm under pressure with excellent communication and delegation abilities.<br><br>Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, GP, and cost control. xwzovoh <br><br>Flexible, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the kitchen.<br><br>Benefits Competitive salary £35000<br><br>Tronc £6,000 plus<br><br>Performance-related bonus scheme<br><br>Paid overtime<br><br>Opportunities for career progression within a successful and growing group<br><br>Staff meals, discounts, and uniform provided
