No split shifts. 45-hour contract. We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across à la carte service, events, and weddings.<br>We are partnering with a boutique hotel to recruit a Sous Chef. This is a hands-on role in a supportive kitchen environment.<br>The Role:<br>Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations<br>Oversee service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner<br>Assist with events including meetings, private dining, weddings, BBQs, and buffets.<br>45-hour contract – no split shifts<br>Shift patterns: 11am-8pm, Midday-close (9:30-10pm), or 2pm-close (varies by business needs)<br>The Ideal Candidate:<br>Experienced Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up<br>Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team<br>Able to manage events and busy service periods xwzovoh <br>Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure<br>Why Apply?<br>Salary: 32,000 base + tronc (approximately £450 per month)<br>No split shifts<br>45-hour contract<br>Varied work – à la carte plus events and weddings<br>Small, supportive brigade<br>Send your CV to Stuart Campbell at COREcruitment dot com.
