Sous chef<br><br>Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.<br>Fresh food Country pub<br>Baslow/Bakewell area<br>£32-35,000 Plus Tips DOE<br>Straight Shifts<br>48 hours a week<br>5 days a week<br>Commutable from Sheffield/Chesterfield<br>Our client is a popular Country food led pub with an excellent reputation set in a village in the picturesque Derbyshire<br>They are looking for a Sous chef to come on board and join their brigade of 4. This busy foodie pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local Derbyshire produce.<br>You will be a great all-rounder capable of running sections within the kitchen. Above all you must show a great attitude to your work and the desire to learn new skills. This is a very busy gastro catering up to 150 covers a day but not compromising on quality.<br>The successful candidate will have the passion and desire to achieve in this industry. Our client is looking for an experienced Jnr Sous chef/Sous chef .
