Sous Chef - Events - Mon to Fri

Senior Events Chefs Needed -Sous, Lead Chefs / Senior Lead to support Event Caterers in London: May and run through September over the Winter till Christmas. To support events kitchens, overseeing events from prep to running and leading them.<br><br>All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.<br>Remuneration<br>Casual Contract -Through Agency<br>Rate per Hour £19.19 (£21.51 Inclusive of Holiday) to £25.64 (£28.73 Inclusive of Holiday) Depending on the clients, projects, and size of functions.<br>Weekly Paid<br>Times of Work<br>Monday to Friday<br>7/8.00am till 4pm + Evening Functions<br>Some Weekends To Support Functions, i.e. Weddings<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and control food production and preparation for events.<br>Supervise the team of chefs on site.<br>Work on and Lead events, mainly within London but occasionally outside of London.<br>A driver's license is preferable.<br>What We Offer:<br>Felixable Roles are based in various clients across London, with the majority in SW18.<br>Occasional travel to events in and around London.<br>Your Ideal Experience:<br>Proven experience in a similar role with an event caterer, production kitchen, luxury hotel, or venue.<br>Previous experience with volume events is essential.<br>A background in high-end restaurants (ideally rosette level as a minimum) is desirable. xwzovoh <br>If you are interested in a role, please apply now.
