<p><strong>Site Services Engineer</strong></p><br>Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.<br><p><strong>Wrexham | Continental Shift Pattern | £46,500 Salary</strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are recruiting a Site Services Engineer to support a large, modern manufacturing facility in Wrexham. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all site-wide services and hard facilities. Working on a continental shift pattern, you'll take ownership of essential infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, and associated building services, helping to maintain a safe and compliant production environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain, monitor, and repair site services including HVAC systems, boilers, steam, compressed air, and water systems</li><li>Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all hard services and facilities equipment</li><li>Ensure site utilities operate efficiently to support continuous manufacturing operations</li><li>Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs to minimise disruption to production</li><li>Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and to standard</li><li>Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory inspections, and site procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and statutory documentation</li><li>Support energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects</li></ul><p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Recognised engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline</li><li>Proven experience in a site services, facilities, or utilities engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment</li><li>Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, and associated hard services</li><li>Understanding of statutory compliance requirements (e.g. pressure systems, gas safety, LOLER, PUWER)</li><li>Ability to fault-find, prioritise work, and work independently xwzovoh on shift</li><li>Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary of £46,500</li><li>Continental shift pattern with extended rest periods</li><li>Company pension scheme</li><li>Paid annual leave plus bank holidays</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Employee assistance programme</li><li>On-site parking and additional site facilities </li></ul><p>For more information on this role, please contact Charlie Boulton on or email to </p><p>For details of other opportunities available within your chosen field please visit our website
