Job description
Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the exclusive project due to commence in the next month.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
.This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project: 33no Social Housing project Location: Dungiven area Package around £45
- 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided.
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management
- accurate record keeping Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects.
Social preferable
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
- Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover This position is immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP.
