If so we are currently searching for a Site Maintenance Technician to oversee the physical integrity and operational efficiency for a global medical device company. This is a dynamic role designed for an adaptable professional who thrives in a high-response environment.You will be responsible for a diverse range of maintenance disciplines, ensuring that site infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards while balancing scheduled upkeep with reactive repairs.</p><p>Role Details:</p><p>Title: Site Maintenance Technician</p><p>Pay: £40,000 per annum</p><p>Contract: Until end of November</p><p>Location: Witney (Full time onsite)</p><p>Hours - 8am-4pm (Monday - Friday)</p><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Comprehensive Facility Maintenance<ul><li>Execute a broad spectrum of hands-on repairs, including minor structural works (walls, doors, joinery) and fabric maintenance.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on essential plumbing systems.</li><li>Manage the installation and commissioning of fixtures, fittings, and internal equipment.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting immediate site issues.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Asset Management & Documentation<ul><li>Utilise our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log, track, and close out work orders.</li><li>Maintain rigorous digital records of all site activities to ensure full audit completion and a clear history of facility upkeep.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Operational Problem-Solving<ul><li>Prioritise a fluctuating workload based on operational urgency and safety requirements.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to address specific maintenance needs with minimal disruption to daily operations.</li><li>Uphold a professional demeanour while navigating a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Candidate Specification:</p><ul><li>Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: A proven track record in general maintenance, basic plumbing, manual troubleshooting.</li><li>Practical Diligence: A hands-on approach to work with a high level of attention to detail and finishing standards.</li><li>Digital Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with maintenance logging software is an advantage.</li><li>Self-Motivation: The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.</li></ul><p>If you are interested in the position of Site Maintenance Technician please don't hesitate to apply today! xwzovoh </p><p>Randstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p>
