SHEQ Advisor

<p>Our <strong>Social Infrastructure</strong> pillar operate in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties in the Nationally; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal / external refurbishment works across our projects in East Midlands.</p><p><br><br>While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.<br></p><p><strong>Social Housing experience essential</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve:</p><ul><li>Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures when necessary.</li><li>Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors</li><li>Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams.</li><li>Investigating incident and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previously construction / property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes. xwzovoh You will also possess the following:</p><p>- NEBOSH Construction Certificate</p><p>- Environmental Management & NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (desirable).</p><p><br></p><p>Additional information</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a SHEQ Advisor seeking a dynamic and diverse work environment, we're offering:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career progression aligned with the company’s growth</li><li>Immediate interview for qualified candidates</li></ul>
