Service Manager 6 Bed Supported Living Learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and some mobility issues Salary: £34,000<br><br>If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.<br>- £34,000 per annum Middlesborough We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our 4 bed supported living service in Middlesborough.<br><br>The service supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and some mobility issues, helping them live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment .<br><br>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about quality care and empowering others.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered consistently.<br><br>Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to promote a culture of continuous learning.<br><br>Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce development.<br><br>Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies, and sector best practice.<br><br>Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and external professionals.<br><br>Monitor, review, and update care plans to meet individual needs.<br><br>Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively.<br><br>About You Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a CQC-regulated service .<br><br>Strong leadership and team development skills.<br><br>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or working towards/completion supported).<br><br>Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice in supported living. xwzovoh <br><br>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.<br><br>Benefits Career progression and professional development opportunities Comprehensive training and ongoing support Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) If you are enthusiastic about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and want to lead a committed, values-driven team, we would love to hear from you LEEJP
