<p><strong>Field Service Engineer</strong></p><p><br><br>Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.<br></p><p>This role involves working on industrial equipment across recycling, manufacturing and secure processing environments, where equipment uptime directly impacts production and operational continuity.</p><p><br></p><p>You will operate within a technically strong, collaborative team that shares knowledge and supports one another, while still taking full ownership of the quality and outcomes of your work.</p><p><br></p><p>Alongside field work, you will contribute to a new West Midlands service centre, working directly with a Senior Engineer to build capability, support workshop activity, and prepare machines for deployment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You can be located anywhere within the Midlands.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and take ownership through to resolution</li><li>Carry out planned servicing, inspections and repairs to maintain equipment performance</li><li>Install and commission new machines on customer sites to required standards</li><li>Respond to breakdowns where equipment failure is impacting production or operations</li><li>Work directly with site teams to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity</li><li>Prepare machines and components for installation, refurbishment or dispatch</li><li>Support workshop based rebuild and repair activity within the service centre</li><li>Contribute to the setup and organisation of a growing regional engineering function</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical fault finding with working electrical knowledge</li><li>Able to diagnose issues under pressure and follow xwzovoh problems through to completion</li><li>Capable of working independently and managing your own workload</li><li>Clear communication with site teams and customers during fault resolution</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary £37,000</li><li>Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate</li><li>29 days annual leave</li><li>Company vehicle, tools and expenses covered</li><li>Pension and healthcare plan</li><li>Additional weekly payment during initial training period</li></ul>
