Service Desk Analyst Location: Belfast Duration: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £30k per annum REED Technology are delighted to represent an excellent retail organisation who due to growth are seeking to add an additional service desk team member to their team.<br><br>Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.<br><br>This busy and diverse IT department is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who will be responsible for Desktop support in a busy Service Desk supporting approx.<br><br>1000 staff across 20 locations.<br><br>My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual, who understands the importance of providing high level of Customer Service Support.<br><br>The role will work closely with the Service Desk and wider IT team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services across the group.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Active Directory administration.<br><br>Recording and Triage of IT incidents & Requests within Service Now.<br><br>Resolution of Incidents & Requests from initial reporting to successful remediation.<br><br>Collaboration with Infrastructure, Business Systems and Development colleagues to ensure successful resolution of IT Incidents.<br><br>Creation and management of starters and leavers within the company.<br><br>Participation in and ownership of various IT maintenance tasks.<br><br>General IT Administration / Purchasing of IT equipment.<br><br>Assist Desktop and Infrastructure with the rollout of IT Projects as and when required.<br><br>Co-ordination of IT tasks associated with dealership projects.<br><br>Accept from time to time, that the role encompasses more than that which is contained herein and be a team player.<br><br>Take an active part in upholding the Company's Health and Safety Policy as set out in the terms and conditions of employment Essential Criteria At least 2 years' experience supporting Windows OS and related technologies.<br><br>Previous experience of working in a Structured Service Desk environment.<br><br>Microsoft Active Directory.<br><br>Proven track record in resolving IT issues within SLA deadlines.<br><br>Office 365 & Azure AD Administration.<br><br>Some experience of problem analysis and incident resolution.<br><br>Some knowledge of networking technologies.<br><br>Full Driving licence and access to your own transport.<br><br>Experience of dealing with IT suppliers. xwzovoh <br><br>If you meet the above criteria and would like to join a fantastic organisation then please contact Niall Lennon for a confidential discussion.<br><br>Skills: service desk it support 2nd line support helpdesk<br>TPBN1_NI
