<p>Job title: Senior Systems Engineer </p><p>Location: Oxford </p><p><br><br>Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.<br></p><p>We’re supporting an exciting and fast-growing space technology business that is looking to bring in a Senior Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation spacecraft and satellite systems.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering team working across the full system lifecycle on genuinely cutting-edge missions within the space sector.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll play a key role in defining, managing, and delivering complex systems engineering activities across spacecraft programmes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, avionics, RF, and mission operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Requirements capture and management</li><li>System architecture and design activities</li><li>Verification & validation planning</li><li>Technical trade-off studies</li><li>Supporting integration and testing activities</li><li>Stakeholder and customer interaction</li><li>Supporting full lifecycle delivery of spacecraft systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What They’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Experience working within Systems Engineering environments</li><li>Background within space, aerospace, defence, or highly regulated engineering sectors</li><li>Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle</li><li>Experience with requirements management tools</li><li>Ability to work across multidisciplinary xwzovoh engineering teams</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>Spacecraft or satellite experience</li><li>Ground systems, RF, avionics, or mission systems exposure</li><li>Experience working within fast-paced engineering programmes</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on innovative space missions within a business that is continuing to grow and invest heavily in future programmes.</p>
