Senior System Designer & Detailed Designer

Your Role<ul><li>Produce and develop high-quality 2D and 3D detailed drawings.</li><li>Deliver drawings from concept stage through to manufacturing and installation.</li><li>Develop bespoke façade systems.</li><li>Prepare tender bay studies, including coordination with the Tender Department.</li><li>Independently review and assess project requirements, including ERs and specifications.</li><li>Define project deliverables in line with ASFD standards, project structure, and document registers, in coordination with the Technical Manager.</li><li>Prepare, explain, and coordinate technical solutions and issues.</li><li>Attend internal and external design workshops with multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Maintain awareness of SD deliverables and associated programmes.</li><li>Coordinate drawings and manage associated comments using the comment tracker.</li><li>Follow ASFD working methods, procedures, and standards.</li><li>Independently liaise with suppliers to clarify technical details.</li><li>Coordinate and define technical details with internal teams such as engineering and production.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic proposals for implementation.</li></ul>Your Skills<ul><li>Minimum <strong>5 years’ experience</strong> as a designer in the façade industry.</li><li>Minimum <strong>2 years’ experience</strong> in a similar system design role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of standard stick systems, Unitised, doors, and windows.</li><li><strong>Excellent AutoCAD skills</strong>.</li><li>Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience with Revit and Inventor is advantageous but not essential.</li><li>Strong technical understanding with a structured and organised approach to work.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the manufacturing and construction of bespoke façade systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of building regulations and relevant standards, with a commitment to best practice.</li><li>Proactive team leader capable of training, mentoring, and managing a multi-disciplinary team.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills. xwzovoh </li><li>Fluent in English.<br></li></ul>
