Close to Chester Northwich Middlewich and Manchester</p><p>This will be the chance to be involved and grow with an organisation who want to make a difference. Do you have Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People?</p><p>Your next exciting challenge awaits</p><p>Senior Support Worker salary</p><p>Senior Support Workers £16 per hour + £65 per sleep (must be qualified and a driver)</p><p>You will be expected to sleep in after some of your shifts</p><p>£33000 - £40000</p><p>Senior Support Worker Duties include</p><p>• Supporting and managing the staff team to meet the needs of the young person</p><p>• Planning each shift and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately</p><p>• Working with external professionals to deliver positive outcomes</p><p>• Providing supervision and support to staff in line with Quality Standards</p><p>• Supporting the young person to engage in education</p><p>• Ensuring their health needs are met</p><p>• Providing advice, support and guidance</p><p>• Managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention</p><p>• Administering and recording medication</p><p>• Maintaining daily records and administrative work</p><p>• Contributing to the care planning process</p><p>• Liaising with external stakeholders and our multidisciplinary team</p><p>• Attending mandatory training</p><p>• Engaging in team meetings</p><p>• Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, cooking, etc.)</p><p>Senior Support Worker Requirements</p><p>Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;</p><ul><li>Able to work Full time</li><li>A full UK driving license ( preferred )</li><li>Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)</li><li>An understanding that this role will require that you undertake Enhanced DBS checks</li><li>You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children.
