They have very successfully built up their presence within both of these fields to a point where they are well-known for their expertise and innovative approach to their projects. They are a 150+ strong company with 4 offices in the UK currently, with a large team in Manchester.</p><p><br></p><p>Of which, they are working on a number of very high profile developments across residential & commercial, including tall buildings. Due to a strong pipeline, they are now looking to bring on a new Senior Structural Engineer who can lend their engineering ability to spearhead these projects and seeing them through to completion.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing the technical and commercial aspects of various projects, ensuring client expectations are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Your design experience will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety, contributing to the growth of the business.</li><li>This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle diverse engineering challenges for various new builds and refurbishment projects in a range of sectors.</li><li>We value creative thinking, a commitment to quality, and a desire to learn. xwzovoh You will be part of a supportive team focused on mentorship and professional development, helping you advance as an expert engineer.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll need for this role</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience working as a Structural Engineer</li><li>A degree within Structural Engineering (or another relevant field)</li><li>Must have strong technical expertise within a range of structures projects</li><li>Great team leadership ability and previous experience in managing client relationships, with the ability to manage financial aspects of your projects</li><li>Previous experience in project management for structural projects</li><li>Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with team members and clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll get in return for your talents</strong></p><ul><li>Salary up to £65,000 (DOE)</li><li>Ability to work on renowned and iconic projects across the UK</li><li>Benefit from excellent career progression within a fast growing company</li><li>Support in gaining Chartered Status</li><li>Flexible working options</li></ul>
