They’re known for excellent service delivery across multiple disciplines. </p><p><br></p><p>With strong growth and a clear plan for long-term success, they offer a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Delivering structural engineering solutions for existing buildings (medium to high-rise)</li><li>Carrying out structural assessments, feasibility studies, and defect analysis</li><li>Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and clients</li><li>Preparing reports and advising on remedial or strengthening solutions</li><li>Attending site visits to monitor works and ensure safety/compliance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What They’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years' post-qualification experience focused on existing buildings</li><li>Degree in Civil or Structural xwzovoh Engineering</li><li>Chartered or working towards (IStructE or ICE)</li><li>Proficient in Tekla, TEDDS, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong understanding of UK Building Regs, Eurocodes, CDM & BSA</li><li>Skilled in identifying defects and designing practical solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Get Back</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary up to <strong>£65,000</strong></li><li><strong>26 days holiday</strong> + Bank Holidays</li><li><strong>Flexible working options</strong></li><li><strong>Private healthcare</strong></li></ul>
