Requirements Previous experience as Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef within quality-led kitchens
Passion for fresh Mediterranean-style cuisine and seasonal produce
Strong leadership and kitchen management ability
Calm, organised and hands-on approach
Good understanding of high-quality service and consistency
Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
