<p><strong>Senior Software Engineer </strong></p><p>Enfield – 3 Days in Office</p><p>£60,000-£65,000</p><p><br><br>Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.<br></p><p>I’m currently working with a well-established global engineering company who are looking for a <strong>Senior Software Engineer</strong> to join their growing team in Enfield. The business has been operating for decades and develops advanced technology solutions across industries such as maritime, defence and surveillance.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will see you taking ownership of software development across the full lifecycle, from initial specification through to testing and verification. You’ll play a key role in developing new, innovative products while also supporting and enhancing existing systems in line with business needs. </p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. The position also involves liaising with external stakeholders including customers and suppliers on software-related matters.</p><p><br></p><p>The role requires on-site working in Enfield 3 days a week, with some flexibility available.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with C++ development.</li><li>Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li><li>Strong understanding of software design, testing, and verification.</li><li>Confident in different Engineering environments.</li><li>Happy working across industries including Maritime and Defence.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li><strong>Bonus Skills</strong>: Python, Visual Studio, PowerShell, GUI/UX</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary/Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>£60,000-£65,000.</li><li>25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.</li><li>Pension scheme.</li><li>Life Assurance & Healthcare.</li><li>Flexible working hours. xwzovoh </li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this opportunity is of interest, please apply and I can give you a call.</p><p><br></p><p>Tim Stock</p><p> | </p>
