Would you like to work on technology that directly supports veterinary professionals and animal health worldwide?</p><p><br></p><p>IMV Imaging, part of the IMV Technologies Group, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialising in Web & Mobile Applications to join its R&D Software Engineering team.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role you will help design and develop next-generation applications that connect veterinary imaging devices with mobile platforms and cloud systems, contributing to innovative digital solutions used by veterinary professionals globally.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About IMV Imaging</strong></p><p>IMV Imaging, formerly BCF Technology and ECM, is a global leader in veterinary imaging technology and part of the IMV Technologies Group.</p><p><br></p><p>For more than 35 years, the company has supported veterinary professionals with advanced diagnostic solutions including ultrasound, X-ray, CT/MRI and digital imaging software. IMV Imaging is recognised for its innovation, collaborative culture and commitment to improving animal health and welfare.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As part of the R&D Software Engineering team, you will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to the design, development and maintenance of mobile, web and cloud-based applications.</p><p><br></p><p>You will collaborate with international R&D teams to develop software solutions that support IMV Imaging products and other veterinary technologies across the wider IMV Technologies Group.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop mobile, web and cloud-connected applications</li><li>Contribute to software architecture and system design</li><li>Develop mobile applications (iOS, Android) and web services</li><li>Build and maintain APIs and cloud-based microservices</li><li>Support device connectivity via WiFi, Bluetooth, USB and IoT protocols</li><li>Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices</li><li>Produce technical documentation and contribute to testing and validation</li><li>Collaborate with R&D teams and support production and service teams when required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You will likely have:</p><ul><li>A degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field</li><li>Around 5+ years’ experience in web or mobile software development</li><li>Experience with mobile frameworks such as <strong>Flutter </strong>or similar technologies</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and backend technologies such as NodeJS</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture</li><li>Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Experience with medical devices, imaging systems or regulated environments would be advantageous but is not essential.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join IMV Imaging? xwzovoh </strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is an opportunity to work in a highly innovative R&D environment, developing connected technologies that have a real impact on veterinary medicine worldwide.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>*All applications will be processed by Kleboe Jardine*</strong></p>
