This is a key role within a well-established business known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundwork packages for major housebuilders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will take a senior position on site, responsible for overseeing engineering activities, managing junior engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, and foundations</li><li>Overseeing and mentoring Site Engineers and Junior Engineers</li><li>Managing QA processes, including inspections and documentation</li><li>Coordinating with Site Managers and subcontractors</li><li>Ensuring works are delivered in line with design drawings and specifications</li><li>Supporting programme delivery and resolving technical issues on site</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Engineer within residential groundworks</li><li>Strong setting out skills (GPS/Total Station)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of roads, drainage, and housing infrastructure</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams xwzovoh and teams</li><li>CSCS card (essential)</li><li>Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: £75,000 – £90,000</li><li>Company car or car allowance</li><li>Bonus scheme</li><li>Pension</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Clear progression opportunities within a growing business</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North West and Midlands.</p>
