This is a role for a "problem solver" who thrives in a high-variety environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a concept move from a sketch on a whiteboard to a physical product in a state-of-the-art lab.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Joining a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, you will take ownership of the RF lifecycle. You won't just be a cog in a machine; you will be instrumental in designing, building, and testing complex RF-based systems. You will have access to world-class facilities, including anechoic chambers and the latest spectrum/network analysis equipment, to bring your designs to life.</p><p><strong>Your Technical Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> A strong MEng in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years of post-graduate experience in <strong>RF-based circuit design</strong> (Radios, Radars, etc.).</li><li><strong>Design Cycle:</strong> Proven track record of taking modules from initial concept through to successful design verification.</li><li><strong>Core Skills:</strong> Expert-level microwave, RF, and analogue design/simulation skills, including:</li><li>RF Amplifiers</li><li>Filters</li><li>Frequency Synthesisers</li></ul><p><strong>The "Value Add" (Desired but not essential)</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of <strong>mm-wave</strong> frequency design.</li><li>Understanding of full Radio or Radar systems.</li><li>Digital circuit design skills to complement your RF expertise.</li><li>Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring junior engineers.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Unrivaled Variety:</strong> No two projects are the same.
