Are you an experienced Residential Worker looking for a role with clear pathways into management?</p><br>Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.<br><p>If the answer to all the above is "yes", then a Senior Residential Support Worker role with Compass could be perfect for you.</p><p>We are looking for someone who</p><ul><li>Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).</li><li>Has their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.</li><li>Has at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.</li><li>Has a valid manual driving license.</li></ul><p>What will I do as a Senior Residential Support Worker?</p><p>Compass Homes are built around accepting a child as they are in a non-judgemental way.
