<p>Your mission</p><br><br>Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.<br><ul><li>Responsibility for managing the engineering of one car and driver at all events in international racing<br></li><li>Prepare and deliver a performance plan for each race and test event<br></li><li>Extract the maximum performance from the car and driver at each event<br></li><li>Share information and proactively promote the development of the Engineering Workgroup<br></li><li>Report to the Program Manager and as well as to the Engineering Group<br></li><li>Manage the daily engineering operations on his car including those of his car-crew in conjunction with the Crew Chief<br></li><li>Work independently and within a team group to define and deliver performance projects for races and tests events<br></li><li>Collaborate with and/or lead Engineering Workgroups dedicated to development of soft-tools (eg. simulation and strategy tools) and hard-tools (eg. pit-equipment optimization, driver simulator) for improving performance of car and team (transversally across the different sporting programs)<br></li></ul><p> </p><br><p>Your profile</p><br><ul><li>Degree or equivalent qualification<br></li><li> Proven high level Race Engineering and Performance Engineering experience<br></li><li> Strong Science, Physics and Data driven background and work ethic<br></li><li> Good communications skills with a strong requirement to work effectively within a team to develop, progress and adopt performance concepts<br></li><li> Work calmly, professionally and make good decisions within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments<br></li><li> Strong computer skills in data analysis software (Pi Toolbox ideally), MS Office & VBA, Matlab a plus<br></li><li> Eligible to work in Germany, Flexibility for travelling<br></li><li> German xwzovoh language would be beneficial, good English language is essential<br></li></ul><p> </p><br><p>Why us?</p><br><ul><li>A job in a modern, growth-oriented company <br></li><li>Practical training<br></li><li>Personal and professional development<br></li><li>The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility<br></li><li>Mobile working occasionally by arrangement<br></li><li>Performance-related remuneration<br></li><li>Capital-forming benefits<br></li><li>Company health promotion and company fitness<br></li><li>Company events such as public viewing<br></li></ul>
