Job description
Title: Senior Property Manager Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (Mon<br><br>The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.<br>- Fri) Salary: £38,000 approx Location: Inverness Summary: Our client currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join their team based in Inverness.<br><br>The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer services.<br><br>Duties include: Manage a portfolio of prestigious, and sometimes complex, factored properties across the Highlands and North of Scotland.<br><br>Regular property inspections and site meetings with owners.<br><br>Responsible for working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.<br><br>Organise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups.<br><br>Daily use of IT systems including MS Office.<br><br>Managing a busy diary of appointments, prioritising tasks, and staying on top of a busy workload.<br><br>Support the Property Managers in your team, which is managed by an Associate Director.<br><br>Assistance with complaints and support with projects and other items of property management.<br><br>Person Specification: Were seeking someone whos highly organised, with great communication skillsboth written and verbal.<br><br>Previous property sector experience is preferred.<br><br>You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and have the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.<br><br>Strong Microsoft skills are essential.<br><br>A solid understanding of property management practices (Factoring).<br><br>Familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and the Code of Conduct is preferred.<br><br>Passionate about property management and eager to contribute to the success of the team. xwzovoh <br><br>What can you expect in return?
