Senior Project Manager

<p>I am looking for a highly experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> with a proven background in complex <strong>product development</strong> projects, delivering products with a combined hardware & software integration on time and to budget. You will be ready to hit the ground running getting involved in some really exciting projects that are already in progress.</p><p><br><br>Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.<br></p><p>With a combination of being able to build good relationships with stakeholders as well as being able to drive project delivery and the challenges that come with this, you will also play a part in supporting the continuous improvement that is at the heart of this long-established market leader.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not for the feint hearted but the satisfaction you can get from the successful delivery of products that play a significant part in saving lives is hugely rewarding.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a fantastic company to work for with a great team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>****YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (COMBINED HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PRODUCTS) FOR THIS ROLE****</strong></p><p><br></p><p>What do we need from you?</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering disciple, or equivalent experience</li><li>Training in project management to a project manager level, with accredited certification through IPMA, APM, Prince 2 or IPM or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience leading development project teams in a multi-discipline environment on complex product development projects, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Experience of projects which have both HW and SW dependencies.</li><li>Experience managing and delivering s/w for embedded, platform and application product solutions in an Agile environment.</li><li>Experience with development software configuration and continuous integration workflows</li><li>Understanding of the interdependencies between software and hardware elements and how to successfully deliver integrated product solutions.</li><li>Wider understanding of product development and realisation principles (Embedded software, Electronics,) and methodologies to facilitate best practice for product design and development.</li><li>Documentation of project management processes and an ability to contribute to the optimisation, improvement, and maintenance of existing processes.</li><li>Experience using Statement of Work and Procurement Specifications while engaging with external design and solution providers to meet technical, commercial and manufacturing requirements.</li><li>Extensive experience of motivating teams and individuals to deliver.</li></ul><p>What can you expect in return?</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary of £80,000 - £85,000 dependent on experience</li><li>Flexible working hours (fully on site role)</li><li>Pension, dental care and healthcare</li><li>Support of staff wellbeing</li><li>Discounted gym membership</li><li>Subsidised Hub on site restaurant</li><li>Large, free car parking on site and electric car charging points</li><li>Social events and activities</li></ul><p>Sounds like this might be the next step on your career journey? xwzovoh Get in touch with your CV today!</p>
