Senior Paraplanner

It’s a core part of how we look after clients properly.</p><p><br><br>If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.<br></p><p>This role suits a career paraplanner who wants high standards, clear expectations and a team that values how you work as much as what you know.</p><p><br></p><p>Working style</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Remote-first</li><li>If you live near our Central London office, you can come in as often as you like</li><li>Ideally, you will join us in person around one day per week (where practical)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What you’ll be doing</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Researching and building recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax planning</li><li>Writing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation</li><li>Supporting advisers on complex cases and helping drive consistency in advice quality</li><li>Preparing review work, analysis, and planning outputs</li><li>Keeping client records and workflows tidy on our CRM (Intelligent Office)</li><li>Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep things running smoothly</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What we’re looking for</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong paraplanning experience in a UK financial planning environment</li><li>Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)</li><li>High-quality report writing, strong technical knowledge, and good judgement</li><li>4 years experience as a Senior/Technical Paraplanner</li><li>Someone who is organised, proactive and easy to work with</li><li>A xwzovoh genuine focus on team fit and how you show up day to day</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Nice to have</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Chartered (or working towards it)</li><li>Experience with more complex planning cases</li><li>Confidence improving templates, processes, and ways of working</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why LCH/Wealth</p><p><br></p><ul><li>A remote setup with real flexibility</li><li>Optional office time for those who want it</li><li>A team that values standards, trust, and doing the job properly</li></ul>
