Job Title: Senior Mechanical AC Engineer Location: West London Salary: £45,000 £48,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mechanical / Mechanical AC Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, working within a large, critical healthcare environment in West London.<br><br>Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.<br><br>This role offers the opportunity to work within a technically challenging environment, supporting critical building infrastructure while developing your career within a well-established engineering team.<br><br>The Role: Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems.<br><br>Working on AHUs, FCUs, split systems, VRV/VRF, chilled systems, pumps, motors and associated plant.<br><br>Supporting scheduled installation and remedial works across the site.<br><br>Acting as a senior/lead engineer, providing technical support to the wider engineering team.<br><br>Managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and compliantly.<br><br>Supporting permit-to-work systems and undertaking AP/RP duties where appointed.<br><br>Participating in the on-call rota and supporting planned shutdowns or early compliance tasks when required.<br><br>Package: £45,000 £48,000 basic salary Monday to Friday working pattern Overtime opportunities available 2425 days annual leave bank holidays Excellent training and progression opportunities Long-term career development within a leading FM provider Requirements: NVQ Level 3 / equivalent Mechanical qualification (or recognised equivalent).<br><br>Strong background in HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance.<br><br>F-Gas qualification advantageous but not essential.<br><br>Experience within critical environments or healthcare settings desirable.<br><br>Strong fault-finding and communication skills. xwzovoh <br><br>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical or HVAC Engineer looking to join a high-profil e, technically challenging site, offering excellent career progression and long-term stability.
