<p><strong>Senior MarTech Solutions / Project Lead (2-3 days a week in central London)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> London (Hybrid) | <strong>Type:</strong> Full-time | <strong>Package:</strong> Competitive (DOE)</p><p><br><br>Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.<br></p><p>Our client, a high-growth MarTech / CRM consulting team is hiring a <strong>Senior MarTech Solutions / Project Lead</strong> to own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions across enterprise clients. This is a c<strong>lient-facing</strong>, hands-on role for a Salesforce-focused MarTech professional, who can run discovery, translate requirements into robust technical designs, manage deployments (including migrations), and enable clients to adopt new ways of working.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll partner closely with project and account leaders to build trusted relationships, deliver commercially healthy outcomes, and continuously evolve the firm’s technology offering.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p><strong>Solution development & technical leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical discovery with client stakeholders; document requirements within the context of each client’s instance</li><li>Produce client-ready conceptual designs aligned to platform best practices</li><li>Translate concepts into detailed technical specs ready for build (internal teams or client technical resources)</li><li>Own deployments from staging to production, including data migration, launch protocols, and technical handover</li><li>Plan and deliver client enablement/training to drive adoption and measurable value</li><li>Stay ahead of platform capabilities - innovating across known and emerging technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Project delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to proposals: scope definitions, exclusions, and cost estimates</li><li>Create and maintain delivery plans for owned workstreams</li><li>Provide clear progress updates; anticipate risks, delays, and dependencies and manage them proactively</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Client growth & relationship management</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with client leads to strengthen relationships and ensure successful delivery</li><li>Spot opportunities to expand impact across existing accounts through solution progression and optimisation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Innovation</strong></p><ul><li>Expand the technology offering by developing working expertise in adjacent MarTech capabilities and tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Deep knowledge of the <strong>Salesforce product stack</strong></li><li><strong>Sales Cloud</strong> and <strong>Marketing Cloud Account Engagement</strong> experience preferred</li><li><strong>Marketing Cloud</strong> and/or <strong>Data Cloud</strong> exposure highly desirable xwzovoh </li><li>Experience with related platforms for interest capture, qualification, and advanced reporting</li><li>Proven track record delivering end-to-end solutions: discovery → design → deployment/migration → handover → training</li><li>Strong delivery discipline: plans, RAID/risk management, stakeholder comms, and status reporting</li><li>Comfortable leading in a high-growth consulting environment - client-facing, outcomes-led, commercially aware</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Own delivery and become the trusted technical authority for key clients</li><li>Work on modern MarTech transformation programmes with real scope and influence</li><li>Join a growth-minded team investing in innovation and adjacent technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p>#MarTech #Salesforce #MarketingCloud #Pardot #AccountEngagement #DataCloud #CRM #Consulting #SolutionsArchitect #TechnicalDelivery #LondonJobs</p>
