<p><strong>Senior Manager – Insurance Transformation Sales</strong></p><p><strong>London (Hybrid)</strong></p><p><strong>Up to £120,000 base + Bonus</strong></p><p><br><br>Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.<br></p><p>A global technology consultancy at the forefront of cloud and digital transformation is looking for a senior, new business-focused sales executive to drive growth across the UK Insurance market.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>pure hunter role</strong>, focused on originating and closing <strong>large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programmes</strong> for major insurers. You will lead complex sales pursuits that combine advisory, platform modernisation, cloud infrastructure, and managed services, working alongside established industry, architecture, and delivery teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven new business sales track record within the UK Insurance market</li><li>Proven track record of consulting sales </li><li>Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals (not just account farming)</li><li>Strong <strong>background selling cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology services </strong></li><li>Comfortable engaging and influencing senior decision-makers</li><li>Deep understanding of insurance clients, buying cycles & market dynamics</li><li>Strong commercial acumen (deal structuring, pricing, negotiation)</li><li>Ability to operate in a matrix environment while owning outcomes</li><li>Disciplined, driven, and focused on closing revenue</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Own and deliver against a significant annual sales target (>5m P/Y of new business)</li><li>Build and maintain a high-quality, revenue-aligned pipeline</li><li>Originate new opportunities across UK insurance clients and net-new logos</li><li>Lead complex xwzovoh enterprise sales cycles end-to-end</li><li>Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs & C-suite</li><li>Shape deals around client drivers, risk, and commercial outcomes</li><li>Define deal strategy, structure, and pricing approach</li><li>Work closely with solution, delivery, legal & commercial teams</li><li>Navigate internal governance to drive deals forward at pace</li><li>Contribute to account growth strategy and long-term client value</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To hear more about the Senior Business Development Executive opportunity, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on </p>
