<p><strong>Opportunity available in both Manchester & Leeds city centre</strong></p><p><br><br>A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.<br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings to join our team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on generating new business, converting enquiries into lets, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.</p><p>You will play a key role in the day-to-day lettings activity, working closely with the Lettings Manager to maximise performance across our portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage applicant enquiries and proactively match them to suitable properties</li><li>Conduct property viewings and convert opportunities into agreed lets</li><li>Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcomes</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring regular communication and feedback</li><li>Support the marketing of properties, ensuring listings are accurate, high quality, and competitively priced</li><li>Progress deals from offer agreed through to move-in, liaising with referencing and property management teams</li><li>Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and ensure all activity is up to date</li><li>Contribute to achieving team KPIs including lets agreed, viewings conducted, and pipeline management</li><li>Stay up to date with market conditions, competitor activity, and local rental trends</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings within the UK</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lettings targets</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach</li><li>Strong customer service focus with the ability xwzovoh to manage landlord and tenant expectations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications (Desirable)</strong></p><ul><li>ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>Consistently achieving weekly and monthly letting targets</li><li>High conversion rates from enquiry to viewing and viewing to let agreed</li><li>Strong landlord retention through effective communication and results</li><li>Proactive management of applicants and available stock to maximise opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary - £28,000 to £30,000</strong></p><p><strong>OTE - £45,000</strong></p>
