Senior Financial Services Administrator Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Financial Planning practice to recruit a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team.<br><br>Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services professional who is looking to join a highly regarded practice and play a key role in supporting Advisers and clients throughout the financial planning journey.<br><br>The Client Our client is a respected and long-standing Financial Planning business with a strong reputation for delivering tailored advice across pensions, investments and wealth management.<br><br>They pride themselves on building lasting client relationships and providing a high-quality service at every stage of the advice process.<br><br>The Role Working closely with Advisers, you will support the end-to-end client journey, ensuring cases are processed efficiently, client records are maintained accurately and service standards are consistently exceeded.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Managing client communications via phone, email and post.<br><br>Preparing documentation and review packs for client meetings.<br><br>Obtaining quotations, valuations and illustrations from providers.<br><br>Processing new business applications and monitoring cases through to completion.<br><br>Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.<br><br>Liaising with providers, platforms and third parties.<br><br>Supporting the production of suitability reports and client recommendations.<br><br>Managing ongoing servicing requirements and client reviews.<br><br>Assisting with pension, investment and wealth management administration.<br><br>Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are maintained.<br><br>Essential Criteria Previous experience within a Financial Services Administration role.<br><br>Strong understanding of pensions, investments and wealth management products.<br><br>Experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers.<br><br>Excellent organisational and communication skills.<br><br>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.<br><br>Experience using provider platforms and CRM systems.<br><br>Knowledge of the financial advice process.<br><br>The Package Competitive salary dependent on experience.<br><br>Excellent long-term career prospects.<br><br>Supportive and collaborative working environment. xwzovoh <br><br>Opportunity to work with a highly respected financial planning practice.<br><br>To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up-to-date CV to .<br><br>Skills: Paraplanner/Administrator/Pensions and Investments<br>TPBN1_NI
