Senior Electrical Design Engineer

<p><strong>Overview </strong></p><p><br><br>Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.<br></p><p>I'm currently working with a fast-growing clean-tech business delivering innovative low-carbon energy solutions across commercial and industrial projects. </p><p><br></p><p>They are scaling their engineering team and seeking a <strong>Senior Electrical Design Engineer</strong> to play a key role in project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead electrical & controls design from concept through to construction (RIBA 4)</li><li>Produce SLDs, wiring schematics, load schedules, and cable sizing</li><li>Design systems integrating <strong>renewables, HVAC, and energy technologies</strong></li><li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners</li><li>Support junior engineers and contribute to design best practice</li><li>Engage with clients and support project delivery through to commissioning</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience xwzovoh in EC&I design</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>LV systems / BS 7671 (18th Edition)</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>BMS / PLC / SCADA systems</strong></li><li>Background in <strong>building services, HVAC, or industrial environments</strong></li><li>Proficient with tools such as AutoCAD, Amtech (or similar)</li></ul>
