This is an ultra visible team who will be positioned at the forefront of real innovation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll work at the intersection of <strong>data, AI, and product development</strong>, delivering actionable insights and building scalable models that power real-world applications.</p><p>You’ll collaborate closely with <strong>engineering, product, and business stakeholders</strong>, playing a key role in both discovery and delivery of data-driven solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Data & Insight</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business drivers</li><li>Translate insights into clear, compelling narratives and visualisations</li><li>Identify opportunities to apply AI across products and services</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Model Development</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and validate machine learning models</li><li>Develop modelling inputs for AI pipelines and platforms</li><li>Implement robust evaluation methods (A/B testing, causal analysis)</li><li>Ensure models are explainable, ethical, and production-ready</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Collaboration & Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Work with data engineers to optimise data pipelines and quality</li><li>Support deployment and monitoring of models in production</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with <strong>Python, SQL</strong>, and data analysis</li><li>Solid background in <strong>statistical modelling & machine learning</strong></li><li>Proven experience building and deploying models end-to-end</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach</li><li>PhD in degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, etc.) or commercial equivalent</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>MLOps and production environments</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>energy, utilities, or telecoms data</strong></li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested? xwzovoh </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Apply now or message me directly to learn more — all conversations will be confidential.</p>
