Senior Construction Project Manager | Belfast Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering with a well-established construction and built-environment consultancy to recruit a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their growing Belfast team.<br><br>Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to play a senior role in the delivery of large-scale, high-profile construction projects across the UK and Ireland.<br><br>You'll be working within a supportive consultancy environment alongside seasoned professionals to manage projects from inception through to completion.<br><br>Your new role as Senior Construction Project Manager As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of major construction schemes, bringing clarity and structure to all phases of the project lifecycle.<br><br>You will work closely with clients, multi-discipline design teams, contractors and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.<br><br>Key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the delivery of large construction projects across varied sectors.<br><br>Overseeing projects from pre-construction planning through to practical completion.<br><br>Managing and mentoring junior project staff as part of a collaborative team.<br><br>Coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.<br><br>Producing high-quality reports and project documentation for senior management and clients.<br><br>Implementing contract administration responsibilities, including JCT, NEC or similar forms.<br><br>Ensuring delivery aligns with programme, quality, and budget targets.<br><br>What you'll need to succeed as Senior Construction Project Manager To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate: Significant experience (8-10+ years) in construction project management, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.<br><br>A degree in a construction-related discipline, with chartered status or progression toward it desirable.<br><br>A proven track record of leading high-value construction schemes from concept to completion.<br><br>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong report writing capability.<br><br>Experience in contract administration duties and familiarity with key industry contracts (such as JCT/NEC).<br><br>Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project (or similar).<br><br>Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence project outcomes through effective decision-making.<br><br>What's in it for you?
