Role: Senior Health & Safety/ CDM Consultant Location: London Projects within the M25 Salary: £55,000 £65,000 Attractive benefits package Sector: Property & Construction Consultancy We Recruit Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning independent property and construction consultancy, renowned for its forward-thinking approach and people-first culture.<br><br>Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.<br><br>This highly respected business delivers a wide range of professional services to a diverse client base across the London property and construction sector and has built an excellent reputation for both client service and employee development.<br><br>They are now seeking a Senior Health & Safety/ CDM Consultant to join their growing team of industry experts based in London, operating within a hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office).<br><br>Reporting directly to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients across the built environment, delivering high-quality Health & Safety and CDM consultancy services across a range of schemes.<br><br>The consultancy operates across multiple sectors, with the H&S / CDM team predominantly supporting projects within the retail, leisure, education, residential, industrial and commercial sectors.<br><br>This role would suit an ambitious H&S/ CDM professional from either a consultancy or contractor background who is looking for genuine career progression.<br><br>If you feel your development has stalled, this opportunity offers excellent support, training, and a clear pathway for advancement within a business known for investing in its people.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Deliver a range of Health & Safety services to ensure compliance across construction projects Ensure pre-construction information is prepared, available, and maintained for each project Prepare Health & Safety files and Construction Phase Plans where required Carry out site inspections and ensure suitable RAMS are in place Conduct risk assessments and regular site safety inspections across the project portfolio Build and strengthen existing client relationships while supporting new business development Liaise with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, developers, designers, and clients, ensuring they remain informed of relevant safety requirements and legislative changes Requirements NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Membership of IOSH, APS, IIRSM, or a similar professional body (desirable) Strong technical understanding of the 2015 CDM Regulations Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and the changes impacting the industry (desirable) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach Package & Benefits Basic salary of £55,000 £65,000 (dependent on experience) 25 days annual leave 8 bank holidays Hybrid working environment (2 days in the London office per week) Company pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme Excellent CPD support including professional development plans, qualifications, workshops, and seminars Professional membership fees covered Inclusive company culture with regular charity events and team socials throughout the year Apply If you're interested in this opportunity and would like to discuss the role in more detail, please get in touch.<br><br>Even if this position isnt quite the right fit, but youre open to exploring new opportunities, wed still welcome a confidential conversation. xwzovoh <br><br>We work with employers daily, and your ideal role may already be on the table.<br><br>Mike @ We Recruit Group |
