<p>Job Description</p><br>Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.<br><p>Senior Business Analyst</p><ul><li>Contract Duration: Until 26 March 2027</li><li>Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week)</li></ul><p>We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile project, the Stamp Discount Scheme, aimed at supporting vulnerable customers while unlocking significant long-term commercial benefits. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business and technology across multiple channels and systems.</p><p>Day-to-day of the role:</p><ul><li>Lead business analysis activities across complex, interdependent workstreams involving approximately 10 integrated solutions.</li><li>Elicit, analyse, and document business, user, and functional/non-functional requirements.</li><li>Translate policy, operational, and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams and suppliers.</li><li>Work closely with delivery partners, including Salesforce and Accenture, to shape solutions and clarify scope.</li><li>Support integration design across platforms, ensuring data, process, and customer journeys are clearly defined.</li><li>Contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-based capabilities and support requirements definition for AI-enabled and OCR-based digitisation of postal applications and documents.</li><li>Engage a broad stakeholder group across multiple departments and facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.</li><li>Support key governance milestones and maintain clear traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex, enterprise-scale programmes.</li><li>Strong experience in multi-supplier and multi-system environments.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of requirements definition across integrations and end-to-end customer journeys.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.</li><li>Desirable: Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-centric solutions, experience with AI-enabled automation and OCR-based document processing, and experience working alongside global system integrators such as Accenture.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Hybrid working model - flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.</li><li>Exposure to high-profile, impactful projects. xwzovoh </li><li>Opportunity to work with leading technology solutions and partners.</li></ul><p>To apply for this Senior Business Analyst position, please submit your CV and a member of Reed Professional Services Talent Team will be in touch with you.</p>
