<p>Job Description</p><br>Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.<br><p>As a Senior BMS Engineer at Honeywell, in London and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, quoted works, project support, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), re-active calls, out of hours support to customers on their BMS. With a portfolio featuring software, hardware and services, Honeywell takes an outcome-focused approach to help building owners and operators improve safety and security, energy and operational efficiencies to create a better building experience.</p><p>Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient.</p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems</li><li>Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects</li><li>Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems</li><li>Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly</li><li>Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites</li></ul><p>Key skills and qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with strong knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems ideally systems built on the Niagara framework</li><li>Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus</li><li>A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments</li><li>Ability to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively on complex and advanced systems</li><li>Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships.</li></ul><p>Our offer</p><ul><li>Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth</li><li>Join a dynamic team where most leaders are promoted from within</li><li>Competitive salary and generous benefits including incentive reward scheme on the upselling of products</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
