You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Produce and develop Revit models and technical drawings for building services projects</li><li>Coordinate<strong> MEP systems </strong>across multiple disciplines to resolve clashes and improve design efficiency</li><li>Support engineers and designers throughout all project stages, from concept through to construction</li><li>Maintain and manage Revit models in line with project and company standards</li><li>Assist with model reviews, updates, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Proven experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment</li></ul> xwzovoh <p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems</li><li>Confident working within a multidisciplinary design team</li><li>High level of attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience in a similar role within the building services sector</li></ul>
