Senior Baker Artisan Sourdough Specialist West London<br><br>Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.<br>4 Days Per Week | Daytime Hours | Up to £50,000 Pro Rata<br>Change Hospitality is partnering with an established independent artisan bakery in West London to recruit an experienced Senior Baker with a genuine passion for naturally fermented breads and traditional baking methods.<br>This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected neighbourhood bakery known for quality, consistency, and a strong focus on sourdough production.<br>The Role Youll play a key role in leading daily production, maintaining exceptional product standards, and supporting the wider bakery team in delivering outstanding artisan breads, cinnamon buns and other baked goods.<br>This is a daytime-hours position across four days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance rarely found within the industry.<br>Key Responsibilities Leading sourdough and artisan bread production<br>Managing fermentation schedules and dough development<br>Mixing, shaping, baking, and quality control<br>Supporting and mentoring junior bakers<br>Maintaining consistency across all products<br>Working closely with ownership on seasonal development and production planning<br>Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety<br>What Were Looking For Strong artisan bakery experience in a senior or lead baker role<br>Excellent knowledge of sourdough fermentation and long-proof processes<br>Passion for traditional baking techniques and ingredient quality<br>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment<br>Positive attitude and team-focused mindset<br>Reliable, organised, and quality driven<br>Whats On Offer Up to £50,000 pro rata<br>Four-day working week<br>Daytime hours<br>Stable, supportive working environment<br>Opportunity to work with a respected artisan bakery brand<br>Creative input and long-term progression potential<br><br>We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
