This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.</p><p>About the role: You will be working closely with students who may have:</p><ul><li>Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)</li><li>Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)</li><li>Autism (ASD)</li><li>Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)</li></ul><p>Your role will involve supporting students to access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.</p><p>Who we’re looking for: We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:</p><ul><li>Healthcare and social care</li><li>Residential or support work</li><li>Youth work or mentoring</li><li>Personal experience supporting individuals with SEND</li></ul><p>No school-based experience is required — the school values empathy, reliability, and a proactive attitude above all else.
